The 2025 update to the Electrotechnical Assessment Specification (EAS) has introduced key changes that will impact you.
From 1st Oct 2026, All employed persons and qualified supervisors (QSs) undertaking periodic inspection and testing will be required to
- have evidence of at least two years’ experience in periodic inspection and testing
- hold the relevant acceptable qualification
